purpleSUB Policies


You may cancel your service plan with us at any time by sending an email directly to: cancellations@purplesub.com or by reaching out to your Account Manager. Any cancellation request should be sent to and confirmed by purpleSUB 48 hours before your next recurrent date of billing to ensure that you will not be charged.

If you are not happy with our service for any reason, we welcome you always to send us your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the service that we offer. purpleSUB will do everything in its power to ensure that you are satisfied with our management and customer service.


purpleSUB will provide a refund up to 24 hours after the successful completion of your order.

In the event of a refund, there will be an 8% deduction from the refunded amount in order to cover any and all fees associated to process the transaction.
